Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods (new drops, sales, or holidays), processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Typical shipping windows are:
- Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may affect timing)
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and chosen method.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
JUST GOGO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@justgogo.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
